All events need volunteers. Please consider blocking some of these dates to help. Times for some events are still being determined as committee members are planning.

Advertising
Baseball field – no update
- Sign-ups are close to full and teams have started using the fields
Advertising – Jim Small
- 4 advertisers to call in April
- Need replacement as sold house, so this is the last meeting – you will be missed after 26 years in the neighborhood.
Golf Tournament – Jim Fitzsimmons – date May 17th – Harvey Oaks Golf Classic – 8:00 am
- 23 sponsors – send out Thank Yous
- Need golfers – goal is 144
- Lacey is working with Harvey Oaks Elementary School and PTO to help advertise
- Social media push
- Need 8-10 volunteers, 2 putting, 2 inside, check-ins, raffles, 2- games
- Shed by ball fields in progress
Parks – Jim Grabenbauer
- Need ball field volunteers 8am drag field, 9 am working the field
- Discussed pre-emergent for weeding
Guidelines – John Brehmer – Tennis courts resurface ($10K?)
- Spring cleanup (5/2) and need volunteers, contact school/YMCA about scheduling – traffic flow
Newsletter – no report – currently working on April/May issue
End of Summer Bash – Nicole Hebert (sent via email) and Denny Schaeppi
- Meeting set for March 24th
- Focusing on what items we want to keep
- Denny – updating sponsors and moving forward
Garage sale – Lacey Ruffino
- 4/23-4/25
- Mike Tesner (sponsoring/paying for maps)

Membership – Traci Selby
- Memberships have been slowly coming in.
- Current members about the same as last year.

- Add member only area – able to update email, website, and map
Treasurer’s Report– Drew Feuerbach
- February budget reviewed
- Baseball field ready to work/drag
Old Business- None
New Business
- Putting together a welcome packet – needs updated and will coordinate with Carol Feelhaver – lots of new people moving in.
- Talks about a rotating round of volunteers from Millard North High School and Skutt
- Fireworks update – donations for fireworks in full swing – possible business partnership with Heartwood (great work Lacey)
As there was no other business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:47 pm.
