All events need volunteers. Please consider blocking some of these dates to help. Times for some events are still being determined as committee members are planning.
Fireworks – $7500 needs to be raised – no rain date set – there is an option to add on as a donation when paying dues online

Baseball field – Kevin Hughes
- $135 and signup starts Feb. 1st
- Fill almost all slots by early March – slots are 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm
- In contact with a company to resurface before April
- Looking at getting a baseball shed
- thinking about fall sports signups as well
- Advertising on the back stop is in full swing and talking to potential companies
- schedule to be on the Harvey Oaks website for people to see
Advertising – Jim Small – 5 renewals this Spring
Golf Tournament – Denny Schaeppi – date May 17th – Harvey Oaks Golf Classic – 8:00 am
- Already have the beverage cart sponsor and corporate sponsor.
- Looking for an air cannon sponsor – teams pay $40 to use on a par five
- Pushing to hit 144 golfers this year
- 1/3 of the holes already have sponsors
- Need pin prizes and raffle prizes
Guidelines – John Brehmer – Christmas lights will need to come down once we get some warmer weather
Newsletter – Warren Curry
- Chris Nellis to help with newsletter to combine social engagement
- Always need neighborhood ideas to put into newsletter
- Working on the Feb/March edition
End of Summer Bash – Nicole Hebert
- Planning begins in March – no date set for first meeting.
Food trucks for events/Area 27 – Donna Thompson
- Starting to line up trucks as some are already contacting to come
- Issues with sidewalks and fences going down into the center park
Garage sale – Lacey Ruffino
- Date is set
- Working with Converge Church to do the donation sale like last year
- New signs for this year
Membership – Traci Selby
- 103 paid houses out of 780
- Letters went out to nonmembers
- Working on a Dues Drive Thru date
Treasurer’s Report– Drew Feuerbach
- Had to fix a broken electrical line on the 148th entrance
- Membership has hit $2500 so far
- Advertising is picking up steam with $900 coming in thus far
