2024 End of Summer Bash

The End of Summer Bash/Picnic will be Saturday, August 10, 5:00-8:00 p.m. in the North Park.

All current 2024 HOHA Members can attend at no cost. If you would like to attend and are not a member pricing will be:

  • HOHA Member Guest: $7.00
  • HOHA Member Grandchildren: No cost
  • Non-Joining Residents: $14.00 per person

Select beer, soda and water will be available at no cost.

Again this year, a $5.00 food coupon will be given to each registered individual to help cover the cost of food. The remaining food costs will need to be absorbed by the individuals ordering food.

Games & Activities

  • Magic Show 6-6:45pm
    • Presented by the Amazing Lindy
  • Foam Party 7-8pm
    • Elementary ages only please. Come in swim gear, water shoes and goggles. Kids will get wet!
    • Special thanks to the Salistean’s for donating water
  • Old-fashioned Block Party Games
    • All ages. Parent/child pairs encouraged!
  • Inflatable Competition Games
    • All ages
  • Tiny Town 5-7pm
    • Kids 10 and under

Entertainment

  • Tim Sandwick Acoustic
  • Silent Auction Bidding closes at 7:30pm

Volunteers are needed

4 Hour Time Slots 

  • Millard North Senior parents, these hours will count towards their 30 hours for graduation. 

1 Hour Time Slot

We will also kick off our 2025 HOHA Member Drive

  • Center islands maintenance, decorating and landscaping
  • Maintenance of the parks and ball fields
  • Coordinate with the City for any park or neighborhood needs (Street lights out, trees down in the parks)
  • Event Planning
  • Events such as the Spring Candy Hunt, Patriotic Parade, Annual Fireworks Display, End of Summer Bash
  • Promote the Yard of the Month program
  • And so much more

If you are not an active 2022 HOHA Member but are a resident of Harvey Oaks it will be $14.00 per person. Please list the number of non-joining residents that will be attending.
